The data herein is intended for reference and visual purposes only and is not intended to be used as a substitute for consultation of official documentation or specific advice from a qualified individual.

If official information is required, the user should consult official documents such as the Perth County Official Plan or Zoning By-Laws for the respective municipality and/or consult the Perth County Planning and Development Department.

  • The Corporation of the County of Perth will not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the data, or from any misuse or misinterpretation of the data;
  • Reproduction of any data found within the Perth County Web Map without explicit written permission from The Corporation of the County of Perth for any commercial or legal use is strictly prohibited.
  • Assessment Roll Number, Property Location and Property Classifications (the "MPAC Product"). You agree that you will only use the MPAC Product for your own assessment and taxation purposes.
